June Dooney – Author
Renowned writer June Dooney with her deceased husband Godfrey in the rural setting of their Tauranga home. Godfrey died unexpectedly in July 2022 after being diagnosed with legionnaires disease.
A former Radio Host with Rhema Broadcasting, June holds a B.A, Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and a BD from London University. June spent several years working overseas for Youth With A Mission.
June received the Christian Booksellers, Book of the Year Award for her first book Tears of Intercession. Her recent book Is Marriage for Me? was ten years in the making and published in 2020.
It is a reflection of June’s intuitive communication and her trademark honesty.
